The Old Building Next Door Had SCAFFOLDING All The Way Up To Our Apartment Balcony.
On our arrival on Saturday 24/9/2022 we found that the Old Building next door had scaffolding erected up to the level of balcony and had been there for some time and this was NOT mentioned in the Advert. We found out that this building had been Purchased about 2 years ago for total renovation. On Monday 26th the building work started at 08.30 on the top level of the scaffolding next to our balcony using an industrial electric type of hammer action drill to remove the cement / concrete render from the walls and other building work. The noise was unbearable and there was no way we could stay in this apartment. I contacted Vrbo who basically were not interested and to me to contact the owner and I told them that I had Video Evidence of the noise and work on my mobile phone and if anybody wants a copy please contact me. We went to the Britannia Immobilier and fortunately they were helpful and found us another apartment at short notice otherwise we were going home. Vrbo are happy to take 86.40 Euros for booking this apartment on their website and say they are not responsible for any problems that may occur. When Vrbo take on these rental apartments they should confirm with the owner that there is No Building Work Happening / or Potential Happening in the future as if we had known we would never have booked this apartment.

Schöne Wohnung mit traumhaftem Ausblick aufs Meer. Mitten drin und doch ruhig. In die Garage zu fahren ist eine Herausforderung und nicht für größere Autos geeignet.

Quiberon, un vrai paradis
Superbe séjour, bel appartement, le seul bémol, le garage. Déjà il est dans la résidence à côté et sous terre, donc 2 pentes, dont une très serrée,pour y accéder ,ca va, mais pour sortir, la galère, nous avons patiné dans la pente du bas et rayé tout un côté de notre voiture, un Kia Sportage en frottant le mur. Vraiment trop étroit le passage. Autrement à part des frais pour réparer la peinture de la voiture. Le séjour était super, ainsi que l'agence immobilière super sympa et professionnelle.

Superbe appartement avec vue direct sur l'océan!
Très belle appartement avec une vue magnifique! Proche de toutes commodités. De jolies promenades à faire (côte sauvage), à 5min à pied de l'embarcadère pour Belle- île en mer. Appartement plutôt adapté avec un bébé de moins de 2ans. Une barrière de sécurité est possible pour le haut de l'escalier . L'agence Britannia à été disponible, merci pour tout! Les points faibles: l'escalier reste dangereux, un enfant peut passer entre la balustrade du haut, manque une barrière en bas. Salle d'eau petite mais fonctionnelle. L'appartement reste superbe, joliment décoré et très bien équipé! Nous recommandons!!!

Appartement fonctionnel, très bien situé pour une famille de 4
Appartement idéalement situé pour ne plus utiliser sa voiture et à proximité de tout (plage, commerces, gare maritime...) Vue mer magnifique. Tout est très fonctionnel et optimisé pour une famille de 4. Seul bémol sur les remontées d’odeurs salle de bain et le parking qui ne convient pas pour une grosse voiture.
