"It was very nice but we had trouble getting our key because we were using the “ other” key box punch pad. There were two boxes and we used the bigger one several times to no avail. We a bit frantic. No one yo call at 7.30 pm at night. Luckily we tried the other key pad and that worked. Had trouble finding our unit. Map on the door not that easy to see or read "

"The rooms were beautiful, light, cool, comfortable and the heritage character well-maintained. I stayed 3 nights mid-week, however on the last night (a Wednesday) where the pub, lounge and restaurant were all full, I could hear a group of men walking the hall loudly, mucking up and someone tried to open my door. I wasn’t impressed with this and at this point noticed there was no phone to contact reception nor were any hotel staff on the reception desk by the stairs to the rooms. Nothing more...

"Lovely atmosphere and not sterile like most hotels. There was a pod machine for coffee in the common area and filtered water available which was appreciated. The Bed was supper comfortable and the spa was amazing after walking all day. Room was massive with a decent couch and a small cafe table and chairs and a private balcony. "
