The property was pretty nice very exclusive and well gated and haired 24/7. Truly felt like a 4 seasons resort. The resturant had some amazing food, the best I have had so far well staying at several resorts in Cancun. Our room was very disgusting, dirty and air unit dripping above our bed The room and Katie floor very dirty and not taken care of. Other than that, I believe the amenties offered were great and truly a family resort.
