"We chose this because it was right next to the train station. That way we were able to just dump our bags and then go and explore Parma. The next day we did a really great tour for cheese, ham and vinegar in the area. They allow us to keep our bags there all day, which is so helpful. The room was clean and the breakfast was delicious. "Sewerage smell in the bathroom was so bad you could not be in there. Worst is they knew about it. When I arrived late the room door was left open and so was the window. I went out not realising how bad it was. It was too late to move anyway. In the morning the owner lies about not knowing about it but mysteriously already knew the room number even though he wasn't working reception. The place is a dump. It's disappointing to find this sort of establishment can advertise on hotels.com"
