"I really enjoyed my stay at this detached bungalow. I was met by the owners outside it, which i liked, as it gave my arrival a nice personal touch. They were very friendly, and made me feel at home from the start. After this, I wasnt bothered again, but they made sure to let me know that they could be called upon, if necessary. "Great location. Trams near by, Old Trafford within 10 min walk. Very easy comunication with the owner. Big 2 bedroom apartment with comfortable beds.Market is next to the building or M&S and Tesco within 15 minutes walk. Great location and great host. "

"An old Masonic Lodge building where the hotel section & restaurant cover the lower 2 floors whilst the rest is still a Masonic Lodge with function rooms etc Room was themed & nicely done in keeping with the buildings historic nature. Only issue really was breakfast didn't start until 8.30am by which time I am long gone."

"I had a great stay at Charles Hope townhouse. This is a great location with the train available to travel to Old Trafford for a football game or making our way to the central retail district. "Brilliant accommodation! Fantastic service. A very good restaurant; though I shouldn’t have to leave my building for the restaurant. The parking garage wasn’t bad but it was difficult to find a parking spot but the staff service was really helpful and nice. Overall our stay was very great. Thank you. We hope to be back!"

All the ameanities you could want - Netflix, wi-fi, dishwasher, washing machine, and a fully equipped little kitchen. "Check in was at 3pm, the room assigned wasn’t clean, was given another room that wasn’t cleaned. Third room they gave me had broken drawers, you couldn’t fit around the sink to get to the toilet. The shower had mould in it. Reception guy had a tracksuit on and his personal beat headset on his head when he eventually appeared and the manager hung up the phone on me when I called the number at the desk to check in. I was woke up at four, which sounded like a nightclub going off. Turned out to be another guest partying on drugs. I would never recommend anyone to stay at this place. By far the worst I have ever stayed at in Manchester. "

"Hotel great stay for the night. Arrived late but no problems getting checked in. The two members of staff I met were lovely upon check in and check out. The lady at check out gave me perfect directions to the tram. Hotel room was great, nothing more I needed. Bed comfortable and got a lovely nights sleep. Bathroom clean and no problems. One of the mugs had a stain on it but there was another so no issue with it The only other thing that could be improved to make it better would just be the windows. They just need cleaned. Double glazed the inside window was very clean but the outside one was very hard to see out of. Didn’t affect my overall rating The corridors were a bit run down looking but rooms totally fine Thanks for a great stay"
