"Good location for Metro and trams etc. Room 609 was far too hot on a night so had to sleep with windows open (23-27th Dec) and we were on a busy main rd side so sleep wasnt great. Hotel itself is good, food great, staff great, facilities great. Upstairs restaurant and bar is expensive but downstairsis good. Would stay here again. Bianca was extremely helpful and very friendly. "

"Hostel was amazing but the fact I had to walk around everytime I left the hostel a hour and a half because the entrance closer to the place was closed by police and they made us walk round really ruined my stay because everytime I had to do this trip it. Took 1 hour 30 mins and imagine I just want to get my jacket and this makes me not want to go back out. I go out and come back 4 times that’s 6 hours traveling just to get in your place of stay "

"The hostel itself is set up really cool and pretty much exactly what you would expect. I will say it offered less in ways of connecting with people compared to other hostels I have stayed at and much less than others in the city. However, it was only a 10 minute walk from one of the major train lines and the area is absolutely beautiful with landmarks, and I felt incredibly safe the entire time while traveling alone. Limited dining around but for the price, you can't really beat it."

"Arrived at 02:30 in the morning but the lad on 24hr reception was alert, helpful, friendly and got us to our room quickly with no problems. Equally friendly and helpful was the lady on reception the next two days. Breakfast was great and plentiful but the best thing for us overall was the location…a 4 minute e-scooter ride away from the thermal baths one way (I can recommend) and an 8 minute escooter ride away from the city centre the other way! "
