"The best part about the property was staff and the food at the on site restaurant. The staff was always ready to help with a smile on their face and greeted everyone with respect. Food was excellent. However, the room I stayed in was terrible. The room was below average. Bedsheets had stains on it which is a big no no in hospitality business. There was no heat in the room. "Amazing location beside the Ganges, great restaurant, very helpful staff, particularly as there is no vehicle access to the hotel so luggage has to be portered in. Room near reception rather noisy and didn't have a fridge."
