"Recently renovated property. Nice, safe, modern and clean. Our only challenge was communication with the property. One of our door codes did not work; we texted the property, and they did not respond. We also texted the property two other messages with questions, and they did not respond. We stopped by the front desk twice, during posted open hours, and it was locked/closed (9 am and 4 pm). So great property but very challenging to communicate with. "

"Wonderful adobe home with lots of character and great artwork! Has been expanded over the years so each room has unique flooring. Great outdoor space. Wish we’d had more time to really enjoy it. One bed is really high so if you’re short (5’2” or under) bring a step stool!"

"This house needs a little love… We were there for 5 days, 4 nights. We had no hot water for our entire stay. I texted with the Vacasa help desk multiple times on Thursday with a promise that someone would come out that day to fix the water heater. No-one arrived. I called 4 times on Friday and talked to 4 different people, all assuring me someone would be there that day to fix it. No-one came, called, or checked in with us. By this time 3 of our toilets were either leaking, barely flushing or...

"This was a second stay! Great place near lots of outdoor activities in the Taos area. We really enjoyed the nearby hiking and biking trails. Easy drive to Taos Ski Valley, the Rio Grande del Norte National Monument and the Enchanted Circle. House is as advertised and is perfect for folks travels with dogs. Small backyard is fenced and house is a good distance from the neighbors. An added bonus is the 360 degree views of sunrises, sunsets and the mountains! . "
