"Visited NY with friends. We arrived a little before check in and were given access to our rooms promptly. Skye checked us in and she was truly a delight - and was very pleasant to interact with for the duration of our stay. The rooms were nice. "I love this hotel--the staff is professional and friendly and responsive, and the location is great. This time, though, it was really cold in NY, and the heater was hard to set. The hotel sent an engineer to address the issue--worked--but he had to come back the next day. Still--I will stay again."

"It's a nice hotel with spacious rooms in the heart of Manhattan. Can't argue with that. It's a nice alternative to the convention hotels if you don't feel like paying those prices and don't mind walking a block or two."

"Exactly what we needed for a few days during a vacation. Bigger than any ither hotel room I've been in in NYC. The room and hallways had some visible wear and tear. The bed was comfy and we had no issues."
