"We stayed in the double queen room. Arrived late 2.30am due to delayed flight times. We were able to sleep in and check out at 12.00pm. Very comfortable bedding and room definitely 5 star. I really love how this hotel has toilet separate to the bathroom. Pillows are premium definitely would return again when we do a lay over flight with our 2 kids. "

"It seems like the air conditioner stopped working but I’m not for sure. I had issues settling the temperature. Seems like the thermostat would return to the temperature it was before I started in the room. "

"The service was exceptional; very helpful and friendly. Super close to the airport, so a great place to stay if you have a layover or need to be back at the airport early the next day. Also they have a free shuttle which is very convenient as well. "

"We had a unit with a living room/kitchenette with 2 beds, plus a bedroom. This served us well after our international a flights to Auckland. It was not USA style Best Western, but clean and met our needs. Staff was friendly and polite. "

"All in all a decent place to rest your head before your flight. The lady at checkin was very friendly and helpful with any information. And the included bus ride back and forth from the airport was certainly a plus. The place could definitely use some touch up. Like new paint in the rooms and maybe a carpet steam clean throughout. Sheets were fresh and clean. Pillows were soft and comfortable. Bathroom was clean. The floor fan was very dusty but i cleaned it myself, i honestly didnt mind that....

"Very nice hotel but situation between a couple industrial companies. A lot of road noise from traffic. Balcony overlooks residential homes. The electric curtains didn’t cover the whole windows so not blackout and a lot of light coming in."

"Comfortable room. Gated parking available but an extra charge. Only one air conditioner for the unit which was in the main living space, had to keep the bedroom doors open for it to cool those rooms. Across from a train station, but did not hear much train noise (although I sleep with ear plugs."
