The hotel itself is a little dated and could do with a sympathetic makeover of the decor. It is located about 25 - 30 minutes walk to the city centre, but there is a bus service from just opposite. "

Neutral: Mistake made at check-in which would have charged me twice for the room had I not checked. It was sorted out quickly when pointed out. Negative: Breakfast had a good selection but coffee is from an automatic machine and not good. Both had Eggs Benedict which wasn't great. "

"Excellent location and staff. The breakfast was wonderful with everything to offer. Parking was great and the hotel was in walking distance to everything. The cathedral was minutes away, coffee and food shops everywhere. The rooms were clean, the only gripe I have is the pillows on the bed were terrible. You could not fluff them at all and they are in need of replacement. Other than that I would definitely stay here again, I would just take my own pillow "
