"This cabin is located in a very quiet, peaceful area, which is fantastic for decompressing and relaxing. Keep in mind that it is a bit of a drive if you're looking for restaurants or shopping. Cell service is poor, as to be expected in the mountains, but there is wifi in the cabin with a strong signal. The cabin itself is very clean amd comfortable. You're renting the bottom level, while the host lives in the top level via a separate entrance. He is very kind and we didn't even notice him there...

This was close and convenient, but provided the unexpected benefit of giving the disorganized branch of the family a landing spot for visiting, prepping and catching up before and after the reunion. "The property was good. Just be mindful it is built around a single-wide. The couch was broken, but the owner was very responsive and apologized for not knowing that it was. The furnace is a little noisy and the beds are small. 150 acres is open for hunting so just be aware. Other than that, its a nice getaway."
