The room looked exceptionally clean and was well stocked with toiletries. We really liked the layout of the room as it offered privacy for dressing. The WiFi … (drumroll) worked and was strong! Staff were friendly and welcoming - not something we come across when we travel.

Despite arriving at 5 pm with a reservation, we were given a second floor room right beside the noisy I-5 . There were no soaps, lotions, or shower cap except for gel a lotion and soap that were bolted down on sink and in shower. Phone was broken and never fixed. Only one packet of regular coffee with no utensils or creamer, etc. Limited TV options and run down look.

Don’t sleep here if you have a meeting in the morning. The cars kept me up until 3AM. My phone alarm did not work because the charging dock couldn’t keep it charged while I played white noise from it to drown out the car noise

The night manager was great! He was very friendly & accommodating. The rooms were clean. The only negative about the room was the noise from the neighboring room. We could hear the neighbor snoring so it could use some soundproofing.

The new employee lady charged me late checkout fee despite I was told this morning since I am a diamond member I can check out late for free. I tried to call Ana ask her to wave the fee based on my membership status and she refused. I am a medical professional staying in this hotel for 8 months every week d and this is the first town it s happening. I’ll contact manager tomorrow

The room was clean and well stocked. The parking lot was large and lit properly for safety at night. The wall-mounted heat unit was very noisy and would lead me not to stay here again. Road and rail traffic were very noisy at night.

The room was very clean, the breakfast was nice and there is a nice greenbelt with rose bushes in which to walk your dog. The quiet location and comfortable beds meant we got an excellent night’s sleep, which was much appreciated in the midst of a multi-day road trip.
