"Blinds in the windows were melted by the sun and literally were curled up and didn’t cover window. Being on the first floor this was a privacy issue. This until was efficiently and the bed is in the living room so a very uncomfortable feeling when you can see in the window while you are sleeping. Simple fix that should have been corrected before being rented out. "

"My favorite place to stay in red River every time. Both the host and the management company are always so helpful and welcoming. Great location and a great space for people and their furry family. I can’t wait to be back next year."

"The carpet was disgusting The toilet upstairs (the main toilet) didn’t work it kept catching The carpet in the kitchen was buckled The flooring creeped all over The fixtures and finishes are from 1972 It’s just overall tired and to be charged too much a night is insane We recently stayed in a VRBO Piazza San Della Signoria in Florence for less than this “place” a night with clean everything! You may want to review your properties or expect more from the homeowners"

"Everything is just as advertised. Would be helpful to have written instructions for both TVs. The one upstairs in the king room was inoperative. Was unable to light The fireplace because nothing to light with. Enjoyed the river in the back and furniture was comfortable. Walking distance to the entire downtown area. "

"Place was very close to town which was great, I could walk everywhere. The street is a bit busy which surprised me because most people are on the main street. ATVs nonstop all day but it didn't bother me just stating for others that may want to stay. I barley had hot water. I did talk to the management who stated a minor fix but it didnt work. "Our group of 6 stayed here for 4 nights. The reservation process, check in and check out are super easy and convenient. We did not have any problems, but they provide you with a phone number to call if you need assistance. This townhouse is clean, comfortable and close to the ski area, grocery store and several restaurants. You can walk anywhere you need to go. I would not hesitate to stay here again."

"Beds are excellent and location was awesome. Updates are needed .... toaster only toasted on one side, one burner on stove was unusable, Master bed room bath sink does not drain properly. Two blue rockers in living room must be replaced. When you lean back in them, do so very carefully, they will flip backwards. Someone is going to be injured"
