Amazing in room amenities and fluffy towels - wonderful spa

The property is great. It's beautiful with and has a nice gym. We enjoyed the convenience of staying here and attending the Carrie Underwood concert. I rated service 3 stars because upon checking in I was told that they didn't have a room for me. I booked the room months in advance! They ended up putting us in one of the other hotels in the building but I have never checked into a hotel and been told that they didn't have a room for me. This is outrageous to me. I was given a $200 credit for my inconvenience.

I had a fantastic stay at the Hilton Elara in Las Vegas. From the moment I arrived, the experience was seamless and welcoming. The hotel felt very safe and secure, which gave me peace of mind throughout my trip. The rooms were spotlessly clean, modern, and extremely comfortable—perfect for relaxing after a long day out. The beds were especially cozy, and I appreciated the thoughtful layout and amenities. One of the biggest highlights was the friendly and professional staff. Everyone I interacted with was helpful, courteous, and genuinely seemed to care about making my stay enjoyable. The location is incredibly convenient, with direct access to shopping and dining through the Miracle Mile Shops. Whether I needed a quick bite, coffee, or wanted to explore a bit of retail therapy, everything was just steps away. Overall, the Hilton Elara strikes a perfect balance of comfort, cleanliness, and convenience. I’d absolutely recommend it for both business and leisure travelers visiting Las Vegas.
