"Great location! There is a cable car stop right outside. Loved the free cookies, apples and hot drinks in the foyer. Our room was lovely and clean, had a selection of pillows and the beds were really soft and comfy. The staff on the desk were friendly and helpful. San Fran is an expensive place but this hotel offered good value considering the location and facilities. "

"We like the cleanliness , they clean morning and night. The hotels smells so good from entrance door to the single rooms… Breakfast is satisfying , and we like their lobby with waiting space .,"

"Everything was pretty good service except we got a room next to the elevator and that was pretty noisy. We would have changed but there was no more rooms available to change too. They should tell you that our room was next to the elevator."
