Staff were very friendly. Breakfast was decent but would quickly run out of items..however staff was amazing at quickly refilling! There were LOTS of homeless outside that did not bother anyone but unsettling while walking outside with young children. The police were there every night with sirens going arresting various homeless ☹️

It is a great, convenient location with an amazing rooftop and safe and secure access to the building. However, did not feel safe when I walked on the next street next to the hotel due to a lot of homeless people lying around, fighting with smell of urine

Property and staff itself was very nice, it is in the tenderloin and the area outside the hotel is HORRIBLE. we ended up switching hotels more north because there are homeless lined the streets and we got yelled at by one in a starbucks. don’t stay here you will feel unsafe wherever you go outside the hotel
