The room smelled, the mirror was smeared. There was a dirty towel hanging from the bathroom door. The bed linens were wrinkled. I did not accept the room. I want my money back.

This property was not like advertised. I expected an upscale hotel according to ratings I read...but it was pretty bad. Breakfast looked unedible- Rooms smelled funky. Id be afraid to bring children there!

The property isn’t maintained black mold all around the bath tub caulking. Broken light switch, shower wonky, front door handle weird. I didn’t take my slippers off. The lady at the desk is very nice and doing her best, but the property is in disrepair.

The staff was helpful in changing our room to two queen beds instead of one queen beds. We didn’t know that we would not be getting Best Western points because we used your services will not be using your service anymore

I did enjoy my stay. I just was really shocked at the price that I paid and I got there and I realized it was so much older in the room is just we weren’t with the picture showed. I think the pictures showed and I expected something different overall it was OK. I was on the second floor. I had to go upstairs, which was really hard for me because I have a bad hip no elevator. It was just a very old property and nothing with the picture showed and I paid a lot for the room.
