Finding hotel city accommodation with parking for a larger vehicle is always difficult but we were most thankful for the huge, secure garage facility available here for only 8E per night! "This place is a perfect base to explore Reims . We parked in the car park upstairs , outside for free ( there is underground parking on site too ) The room was nice , overlooking the river .. from the hotel it’s walkable to the Cathedral quarter ( 10/12mins stroll ) and there’s a wealth of restaurant choices and bars there . This seemed a very walkable and safe city and the Mercure is a nice easy , cost effective hotel to use as a base for a visit . "

"It was very close to the train station which was my goal. Didn’t do enough research on food places near by. The restaurants are near the train station for reference! It was my own fault but it’s a 15 min walk. Rooms and staff were great. Rooms were bigger than I expected which was nice. Pillows weren’t the best but really enjoyed my stay overall "
