"The hostel location was really close to Buchenkamp U-Bahn station. ALDI supermarket was at the end of the road. The communication, via email and text messages, before arrival with the property manager was very good and the pre-arrival were instructions very clear (albeit some communication was in German). "A really nice hotel , well away from the bustle of Lubek [so no walking in to town] offering excellent service but quite pricey ! A good place for a relaxing break or stopover [as we were] on your European road trip to or from Denmark. Surrounded by corn fields and gardens . Oh - I nearly forgot , they can’t spell Potato ! "

"The staff of H Hotel Lübeck are very helpful and knowledgeable about the area. Located next to the train station, the hotel is also located next to a hub for buses, and there are several restaurants and areas of interests that are within 10-15 minutes or less of walking time to the hotel. Though there is no onsite parking, the nearby lot is incredibly cheap and just about a minute‘s walk to the hotel. Bedding was comfortable and the onsite restaurant with a Schnitzel focused menu, is a nice place to unwind after a heavy day."

Great Hotel in an Under-Appreciated City

"This hotel is a great modern hotel not far from the city center. The top of the hotel is where you have an amazing breakfast in the morning and excellent dinner options at night while offering a great view from the eighth floor. Staff is great and parking is right there, though expensive. The room is clean and comfortable."

"Loved this place. The rooms were great - we had adjoining. The breakfast was AMAZING! The best I’ve ever had. The beautiful restaurant it is served in, the choices, good coffee, cheeses, eggs, salads meat, fish, juices……. I loved it. Good location to walk to Christmas markets. Parking onsite. Sauna available. A bar. I would recommend. "

"Just great. Very short stay to discovery city. Since it's outside of the island, it's super quiet. Rooms are super efficient and cool. Bluetooth speaker Chromecast is amazing too.staff was very professional and breakfast have plenty of options. Thank you NIU!"

"If you don't golf, we would not recommend staying at this property. When we arrived it was quite crowded and it was not easy to park. We had to get a second room, as the first one was a climb of several flights of stairs. The restaurant food was nothing to write home about. We stayed here thinking it would be convenient to the Travemunde ferry, which it was not. It was quite far away. Again, if you don't golf, don't stay here is all I can say. Not worth it. "
