Very dirty . My tub felt like I was in a waterbed standing up. The tub not to mention was rotten and the caulking coimg up MOLD all towles and sheets dirty staff acts like tbwy dont know English you switched to dirtier room with no blanklet on the bed i slept for a night in cold ass reno and he gave a a fitted sheet and two dirty pillows i didn't ask for and they were yellow

I had a good night’s rest and the front staff were nice. However my room had a musty smell. They really need to upgrade the inn. I’ve stayed at other LaQuintas before and they were not this bad.

The room was filthy upon arriving. It looked like it had not been cleaned in years. There was dust in the vents of the air conditioner. There was mold in the bathtub and spill stains on the wall floors.

After paying in advance on Expedia, I arrived at 10pm and they had no rooms. They asked me and some other people trying to check in, to wait half an hour while they cleaned the rooms. After about 45 minutes they did give me a room. The hot water tap in the shower didn't even turn on and the sheets had a crusty brown substance on them, I hope it was chocolate but I doubt it. I went back to the front desk and they apologized and said they would have another room ready in 20 minutes. I declined and said I wanted a refund and would go somewhere else. They said they couldn't refund me, and the desk clerk refused to even give me his name. Ultimately I simply left and raised the issue with Expedia. Expedia now says they cannot reach the hotel at all. This is a low cost airport property and I didn't expect much, but the experience was truly terrible.

The first room we were assigned to smelled like mold and had hair left in the sink and bathtub. They did give us another room thankfully. They allowed our dog but was misleading with pet fee. I called ahead of time and was told 25$ for a pet fee and they charged $100 when we arrived. Too pricey for this hotel And the conditions of the hotel. Find somewhere else to stay.

It lacks a lot of hygiene, it is very dirty, the bodies, the towels are all stained, the bathroom was very dirty with hair, the room has a very bad smell, the sheets are old, the breakfast area has no variety of food, it is dirty and smells like urine everywhere, thank you, but I will not return

Room was non smoke but still had the smell of smoke. The pillows were extremely used. The bathroom was not welcoming in any way. We had to leave to front door open to air out the smell. Mold on the walls. Not a pleasant stay. We have stayed in many La Quintas before and this was by far the worst experience especially for the price that we were charged!! The price was to stay at the Hilton but we got motel 6 quality.

I liked the price I paid for lodging. I liked the politeness of the front desk employees with whom I dealt. Much better than those I dealt with in previous stays. I don't like the dirty parking lot littered with cigarette butts (can't La Quinta place butt containers and ask people to use them?). There were people smoking right outside of their rooms making others smell that horrible smell. The toilet leaked and the shower faucets didn't work well. The whole place needs an update and better cleaning.
