I love the fact that my room was so quiet. Everything about my stay was perfect. The buffet breakfast and staff were out of this world, and the people working the desk could not have been nicer about trying to get me into my room earlier than the usual check-in time, because I had been on an early flight and was exhausted.

The guest check in agents were great: Daniel, Louis and Hendrick plus I think Annette. They were very helpful, thoughtful(my visit included my birthday~yay!) and a thoughtful bottle of red wine was gifted-classey. Our room was lovely, clean and housekeeping did a great job too.
