"Lovely welcome from all staff, room was best we’ve ever had for a city centre hotel. We weren’t happy that we couldn’t get a coffee or an espresso martini cocktail at the bar at 10pm , told coffee machine had been turned off. Girl behind bar was lovely and apologetic but her manager was a very rude lady. We were also annoyed to have 4 knocks on our door in the morning from maintenance and from housekeeping. Checkout is 12 noon so we should have been left alone until then. "
