"There is a swimming pool which is rarely used. I went and realised that it has few safety issues. You can’t get into pool safely. The steps to get into the pool is narrow and slippery. Poor markings re depth. Appreciate if these are sorted as planning to come again next year"

"We arrive early from the ferry and no one was speaking English in our tower. Rafa was receptionist in tower 1 and was Amazing helping us move in.
