She explain the deposit issue and the wait for our move in. She found us a guide Lonbam and made our trip excellent. Later on akbar in tower 2 was also helpful and spoke great english"

"Had a pleasant 2N stay at the hotel. The service from the front reception to bell boy is excellent. Was greeted by Mr Willy who is very friendly and patiently responded to my questions on my room request. Very pleased to note that my room was available before checkin time and my special request has been satisfied. I highly recommend this hotel for it's excellent service, great location and eco friendliness (no use of plastic and having recycling bins at all levels)."

"The villa was absolutely beautiful (besides some mould on the ceilings, frogs in the swimming pool area that can enter the bathroom and were found in the bathtub every night and monkeys rummaging through our leftovers). "The apartment is huge, with 3 bedrooms, living room and kitchen. Near to Nagoya, batam centre and grand mall. Good for family. "The room was filthy. The toilet reeked of urine and there was a heavy build up of gunk all around the toilet bowl and shower area. The sheets were stained and smelled like they were sprayed over with a fabric freshener. Used towels in wardrobe and ‘fresh’ towels had a damp smell. Utterly disappointing. "

Room Service is also faster than many other places. One thing that didn't go so well was the check-out. This took a long process as the chamber staff had to do an inventory of all the items... a resort that is branding itself as a more upmarket venue shouldn't still be doing this... however, I understand considering what type of guests the resort attracts. Complimentary breakfast daily; a la carte from Mon to Wed and Buffet from Thu to Fri. Will surely return!"

"It is a nice brand new hotel with very comfortable rooms surrounded by garden like landscape where you can walk or bike on a paved trail around a lake and the other green parks in this large resort. It would be nice to see some water sports on this calm and clear water lake. Breakfast is great! Lunch and dinner cuisines however should need some improvements. Good job Four Points!"
