The impression is that they want to charge for almost everything (Pool access, electricity, even the breakfast when according to our booking it was included), the studio was very small and you slept with the sound of the refrigerator next to you. Otherwise there is not much info on how to get hold of someone. Their main hotel is on the main Street a 4 min walk away. There is also where breakfast is served.
