"Good value hotel in the heart of Richmond. Friendly staff, spacious bedrooms, nice breakfasts and plenty of different rooms to enjoy a drink and meal."
"Genuine historical building, welcoming host. Amazingly good english breakfast- all meat from local butchers. Wonderful cake shop in town (Little Drummer Boy)."
"The staff were very welcoming and gracious hosts. Especially Michelle, Demi, Elli, and some of the kitchen staff whose names I didn’t catch. Richmond is a beautiful town, the best thing about it being the people."

The area around the CB Inn is simply superb if you like walking and/or cycling! Richmond town centre was a let-down however, as it was taken over by a pretty ropey fun-fair on the May weekend we visited.

Beautiful place! We were there hanging the exhibition at The Station 😄
"The Punchbowl Inn was a lovely pub to stay at, the staff were very friendly, the food was amazing. The room was lovely and had a fantastic view of the dales. If I had to be picky it would have been nice to have a shower curtain or screen over the bath as using the shower head I tended to flood the floor, but the water was lovely and hot. and I would return again."
