"Absolutely perfect from the start to finish. Staff so friendly and welcome dogs, food was excellent, hotel room was fab. Definitely will stay again, most comfortable stay I have ever had taking my dog with me and he is not a small dog ( Rhodesian Ridgeback) but they made us so welcome. 10 out of 10 "

"Lovely room, great service, tasty breakfast, gorgeous roll top bath. Only slight downside was the noise from the street below throughout the night. I think the glass was only singly glazed (possibly if it’s a listed building then it is the only option!) and the taxi rank opposite attracted people from other bars until around 1.30am which disturbed our sleep slightly, then there was a delivery at around 4am which woke us again. Overall it was a lovely stay and the slight sleep disturbance didn’t...

"It was an amazing stay, staff lovely and helpful, food was great in restaurant, rooms were really nice too, only negative would be bathroom! Tiles broken on floor where toilet is and window need a blind or curtain as tge frosted stickers are peeling off and people can see into bathroom! However this did not take away from an amazing stay. Anyone using pool should probably be made aware pre visit that you need a padlock for lockers also."

"the pub is very popular & friendly serving a good a varied menu, we had both lunch & dinner there, the staff are very friendly & helpful . our room was pleasingly decorated clean & comfortable with plenty of storage. only draw back was the shower could do with having a equalizing pressure valve & the macerator was noisy during the night. & please note there is no breakfast served ."

"Amazing location. Clean and comfy room. Fridge on landing where we could keep fresh dog food and milk, they can be noisy in the room so great idea. Needs to update to a decent coffee machine if the sign outside says ‘coffee house’. Only filter served and not very nice. Some really lovely, friendly staff. Would definitely come back. 9/10"
