I had an awful experience at Home2 Suites Hilton, booked through Expedia. I reserved a room with two beds, but when I arrived late at 11:40 PM on September 26, I was given a room with just one bed. I was traveling with someone else, so this was completely unacceptable. To make matters worse, the staff had the audacity to hand me bed sheets and towels and told me to make the bed myself. Really? At that hour? I expected better service, especially from a brand like Hilton. If you value your sleep and comfort, steer clear of this place. They need to improve their employee training and customer service. Very disappointed

I love staying at Homes2 Suites in Richmond, IN. I've never had an issue. The staff are the best I've come in contact with. We were on the 4th floor and never heard anyone else. I would recommend H2S in Richmond, Indiana again and again. The only thing I really had an issue with were the dogs and then parents not tending to their small children while in the breakfast area. It had nothing to do with the staff or employees of the hotel.

Great room but carpet desperately needs cleaning.
The hotel and the room was very nice and comfortable. I loved being able to have all 6 of us in one room. However, the carpet/floor was filthy. We had to wash feet (again) before getting into bed. Breakfast was very nice.
