"We pre-booked three rooms at this hotel, which had a rating of 9.2, so we expected a good experience. However, when we arrived around 9 p.m. on September 21, 2024, we were shocked to find the hotel completely dark, with no lights on anywhere. "The staff was very friendly, the breakfast excellent! We were in the hayloft and knew the beds were made of hay. We brought our own sleeping bags and pillows as is requested, blankets were provided so the sleeping bags were not directly on the hay. This room sleeps at least 6 persons, has 2 separate toilets and a separate shower room. Plenty of towels are provided. We loved the experience and would repeat our adventure anytime!"

"Some of the staff are amazing and some have an attitude that you are doing them a service - We love the restaurants and Radebuel overall is fantastic - we specifically chose the hotel as it has a great Gym but we were very disappointed that the gym only opens after 8 or 9 am in the mornings as business people we want to have exercised showered dressed and eaten to go work - this was the only downside of this lovely hotel "

"I arrived at 6pm and the hotel was closed. I rang the bell and fortunately someone replied on the intercom. My key was in a loxk box next to the door and I was given the pin to open it. I was told to arrive before 8, not 6. The hotel is a 10 minute drive from downtown. "

"The apartment location is a 15-20 min walk to the center of town. The apartment is comfortable. The value was great as we needed to park and didn't want to spend much on our stay but be close to the center. We didn’t try the breakfast but they have a nice outside patio to eat."
