Between the North Sea and the fjord lies this thatched vacation home on a beautiful plot. The house is comfortably furnished and has a pool area with an 18 m² swimming pool, a bathtub and a sauna. There are five bedrooms, four of which are furnished with a double bed each. The fifth bedroom has a single bed. On the mezzanine, four mattresses provide additional sleeping space.
The terrace is completely enclosed. The kitchen and the living room are in open connection with each other.
Here you live between the two popular resorts of Hvide Sande and Søndervig, which have much to offer with nice stores and delicious restaurants.

Please note that: Consumption costs are not included in the room rate and will be charged according to guest use within three weeks after check-out. Up to two pets are allowed.

Wir haben alle Unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Negativ ist jedoch zu erwähnen, dass man die Fußboden- und Poolheizung nicht ausschalten kann. Ansonsten alles wie beschrieben

Tote Kellerasseln, Zählerstände fehlerhaft und versteckte Kosten
Die Buchung... haben wir bei FeWoDirekt abgeschlossen. Wir wurden dann aufgefordert, nomal die Buchung bei NovaSol Online zu machen. Das hat leider nicht geklappt, wesswegen das nur telfonisch ging. Vor Ort... war die Sauberkeit ok. Wenn man von den ganzen schwärmen an toten Kellerasseln abgesehen hat die überall rumlagen. Danach... Ich zum Glück die Zählerstände abfotografiert. Sowohl bei Anreise, als auch bei Abreise. Denn die Rechnung wich teilweise um fast 10% ab, zu dem was während des Aufenthaltes eigentlich verbraucht wurde. Und damit wurden uns 54€ mehr berechnet. Ansonsten liegt der Stromverbrauch bei 105KW pro Tag (58 Cent pro kw). Das Haus mit Pool hat eine Luftwärmepumpe und daher war der Stromverbrauch erstmal plausibel. Auf der Rechnung wird aber zusätzlich die Heizenergie nochmal mit 15 Cent pro KW berechnet. Davon verbrauchte das Haus 1,5 MegaWatt die Woche. Also zusätzlich 229€ pro Woche. Auf der Buchungsseite von NovaSol war zwar der Wasser und Stromverbrauch ausgewiesen, nicht aber diese Heizungskosten... Bedeutet man zahlt gefühlt den Strompreis für die Wärmepumpe zzgl. der Energie die diese umsetzt. Die Nebenkosten beliefen sich so auf 713€ pro Woche. Bei einem anfänglichen sehr lukrativen Mietpreis von 677€ pro Woche kalt erlebt man so eine echte Überraschung. Der Support hat wenigstens die Rechnung korrigiert das die Zählerstände wieder gestimmt haben. Was es mit den Heizkosten konnte und wollte der Support sich nicht erklären...Schade...

Es wahr sehr schön ,das Wetter leider nicht dafür haben sich die Kinder und wir natürlich um so mehr auf das Pool gefreut. wir Kommen wieder.

Sehr schönes dänisches Ambiente
Das Haus war sehr schön, Whirlpool und Pool waren herrlich, leider hat die Strömungsanlage im Pool nicht funktioniert. Das Feriendomizil war sauber, ein paar Kleinigkeiten waren kaputt (z.B. Gartenstuhl, Schranktür in Küche). Die An- und Abreise war angenehm und unkompliziert (Schlüsselkasten). Schöne große Terrasse.
