"Last time I stayed here my truck was damaged in valet and no one ever contacted me back about it. I got over it and came again because the place is great! Free breakfast, internet and basically dinner. Hot tubs and heated pool on the roof! Valet is inevitable and $39 a night but they hussle to get the vehicle when asked, it’s a simple text. Water was shut off for two hours with no warning or apology and the front desk stopped answering the phone during the whole thing but whatever. Great place...

"This is a nice hotel in a great location to the river walk. It does need some updating in the bathroom. Shower is old and peeling and shower curtain was falling apart. We had trouble with not having hot water on our stay. Other than that it’s a very nice hotel. If they did the upgrades it would be a great hotel. "

"Gibbs hotel is really a great find. The value is exceptional. I never eat breakfast food in hotels, theirs was not that bad... I wish they had parking, as you have to spen another $45 on it, but other than that, I truly recommend Gibbs hotel for comfort, the surroundings, the friendly staff. I will definitely come back."
