The surroundings were nice but the people at the hotel were not. We were charged fees we weren’t told of beforehand and the front desk said they didn’t have time to explain it.

I loved that our floor was quiet and it wasn’t overly crowded inside the casino. Although I selected a smoking room I would have loved more ventilation (only 1 of us smokes) I would love to see an upgrade to the bathroom rooms like spa showers. I didn’t like that there was only one elevator to get to the parking garage. This was our fourth time staying at the hotel and I’m sure we’ll be back!

The food court has always been a bottle neck for well over 15 years since last time I stayed here. Nothing changed. Saturday nite at 11pm line out in the lobby. Staff said it would be awhile so they could catch up on orders already placed for people sitting in the eating area. By the looks of their faces they had been waiting awhile. As for checking in, what happened to friendly service with a greeting . Instead it’s no greeting as I walk up. I had to initiate the conversation. Overall the room was nice as always but the overall moral of the front desk was lacking checking in and checking out

I did not like how security harassed and searched my property because I was trying to go to the restroom and did not let me enter. After wasting time searching my bag, I was told I could not enter the bathroom with my belonging.

Beautiful casino, clean, but the front desk staff and the staff that helped with the player cards were extremely hateful for no reason at all. The waitresses and housekeeping were nice.

Stood at the check in desk for 5 minutes staring at the lady before she finally acknowledged our existence and checked us in. Getting on the elevator there’s dirty panties rolled in a ball in the corner, our room had a used water bottle, casino workers will walk right by you saying “ma’am or sir”

All was good with one exception.... I told the registration Clerk 3 times that I tried to upgrade my room online but couldnt get it accomplished. Three times she said she would take care of it. Nope....I should have went down and complained, just don't like doing it....

Check in was horrible to say the least. The girl “Diamond “ at front desk definitely isn’t the most pleasant person. We reserved a smoking room and of course didn’t receive that and was told first come basis which is understandable if you haven’t already made reservations and paid for the room like we did. Then we asked her where to park and only answer we received was in parking garage which is great if we had an idea of where to go considering we were on the 27th floor, lots of luggage and no and no cart in sight to use for luggage. When we arrived to our room there were no trash bags in garage cans, no wash cloths and room definitely didn’t smell clean. It’s pretty sad after people travel 8-9 hours and arrive to check in there motel you have to deal with a miserable and snotty front desk attendant and any question we asked her she looked at us like we were stupid pretty much. This morning at check out everything was great there was an older lady checking people out and she was great not to mention very respectful! Needless to say when we checked out this morning we decided to not check back in at gold strike , we took our money & business to the horseshoe next door.
