I wish this hotel had Housekeeping every day. You have to let staff know when you want Housekeeping. Housekeeping at a Hotel should be assumed.

I love this place! It's been my home away from home for a while now. The food hall and restaurants right by are great! The upstairs bar is awesome when they have the staff to open it. My only concern would be staffing. Stayed many times and I hardly ever see the same face twice.

Clean facility, friendly and helpful staff, especially the bartender at the SkyBar and the housekeeping staff, Rose. Conveniently located near a variety of shopping and food options. Only disappointment was the low water pressure in the bathroom shower.

Exhausted, I finally got in bed around 11:00pm. The bed sheet felt sandy, so I jumped up, turned on a light and pulled back the top sheet. I felt completely grossed out when I saw what looked like 50 or more roach poops on the filled sheet. As I only wanted to sleep, I checked the other bed in the room. Though there was less, it also had roach poop on the fitted sheet. I called the front desk, got a key to a different and larger room. Unfortunately, both beds in the other room were also noticeably dirty in the same way. So, after midnight, I found myself having to drive to a different hotel, which thankfully, had clean sheets.

Excellent place to stay. The staff is so friendly. It was raining pretty hard and the front desk staff gave me an umbrella to borrow to get to my car. Very great stay.
