This unit has been remodeled as of 2022 and includes new floors, fresh paint, and new decor. Let your cares melt away when you retreat to this elegant Rockaway Beach condo, an oceanfront escape atop the dunes. You'll find two private balconies, gorgeous sunset views of the ocean and Neahkahnie Mountain, and wonderful onsite amenities that include a walking path that leads to the sand.

This condo sits on the second floor of Nedonna Views, a contemporary oceanfront building that offers floor-to-ceiling views of the beach. Here on the tranquil north end of Rockaway Beach, you'll be just across Highway 101 from morning kayak sessions on Crescent Lake, one mile north of downtown's charming eateries and sweet shops, and mere steps from the path that leads to the sand. Guests in search of a fun-filled day trip will also find the legendary Tillamook Creamery only 14 miles south.

THINGS TO KNOW
The balcony door is out of order and awaiting parts. It is estimated to be repaired toward the end of November.
This second-floor condo is accessible via two sets of stairs. There is no elevator available.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Very nice beach condo

Great views and overall living/sleeping and kitchen space. Cleanliness could be improved. A few things…There are cobwebs dangling on the front of the main door. While the bath towels looked like it was washed, some still had some sand/dirt..Found multiple hair on the bedsheets as well. Everything else seems acceptably clean though. We enjoyed our stay and had a wonderful weekend on the beach!

Cleanest dog-friendly place with an ocean view
We stayed here on a Wednesday through Friday in April. We lucked out with the weather and had a lot of sun and calm wind. We don’t usually take our dog with us on vacation but thought we would try it this trip. If a place is listed as dog friendly it usually doesn’t have as nice of finishes or an ocean view like this place. I didn’t expect it to be as clean as it was because it is a dog-friendly unit but the cleaning staff did an excellent job. I saw more human hair than dog hair and that was mainly in the corners of the bathroom. The kitchen is well stocked with kitchen wear and the view can’t be beat. The beds were comfortable but the sheets and towels were on the cheap side. This was a first floor unit and we did hear the family above us and every time they came up or down the stairwell but it wasn’t too disturbing. Our dog did bark some but no one complained to us and she didn’t do it too early or late to disturb others. I brought bowls for our dog but discovered the condo did have some under the sink along with some poop bags. The access to the beach is excellent and the foot wash at the entrance from the condo complex was a nice feature to wash off sandy paws. The only thing we would suggest to the owners is to install some hand towel hooks or rings next to the bathroom sinks. We would definitely stay here again.

A great weekend by the coast
The property had a wonderful view of the Manhattan beach from the living room. Being by able to open the window and hear the ocean was amazing. Only thing we were a little worried about was locking the front door. It took us a while to figure out how to lock it (from the outside), but we were wondering why there wasn’t a dead bolt. Might be helpful to include instructions in for future visitors. Also, the TV’s video would black out when we’d want to watch a movie. Video would appear for about 10/15 minutes, then would fade to black. The cable channels would come through, but we think the TV itself is old.

Great condo & perfect location!
My husband and I stayed at this unit for a 4 night getaway earlier this month. It was a perfect hub for us while we traveled up and down the coast hiking and exploring! We really appreciated the hot tub after several wet hikes. The condo was well stocked (dishes, cookware, paper products, dishwasher/washing machine tabs) and comfortable. The view from the living area was everything we came to the Oregon coast for! I really have no complaints about the condo! Rockaway Beach is a nice little community - would love to see it come more alive during warmer months, but we had coffee & places to eat which kept us happy.

We absolutely loved this place!! The owners take pride in their rental and it shows. Beautiful wainscot and ceiling trim molding, fun beach decor, like new bedspreads. And the best part..it's beach front, and oh at such a great price! We'll be staying here again.

The Condo was nice and as always check-in/out process was very easy and convenient. We liked the wood floors and the ocean view was great. The kitchen was well supplied with appliances and dishes for our use. The only concern that we had was the conditions of the shower floors which were reported to Vacasa Staff. Overall, our stay was very nice and we enjoyed staying in the condo.

My husband and I had a lovely week here with our baby. The condo has everything you need. The king bed is comfortable and I loved the soaker tub and walk in shower! The view is amazing and we were only a few steps away from the beach. The kitchen has everything you need! We will definitely stay here again.

Of all the condos in this building, this was by far the best. Engineered flooring makes it easy to sweep up sand. Kitchen has everything you need. Nicely decorated and they have a bowl and bags for the pups.

Be careful not to get locked out
Property was good. Only thing that I would have changed was to include a second key in the second lock box. The lock on the front door was a bit tricky and didn't remain unlocked once your had used the key to access the condo. Got locked out of the condo when the door closed behind me going to the car, and there was no extra key in the second lock box. I was very satisfied when the property manager sent someone over to unlock the property for us in less than one hour. Thank you.

Nice pet friendly place on the beach. Unit itself was nice but the flooring looked pretty tired. Great for dogs though. Nice grassy patch for the animals. Expected more for the amount that was charged per night though. FEES are crazy high. Just as much as the daily rate. Probably won't do VRBO again.

Broken patio doors x2 ( no handle/lock on one, handle fell off of the other which also didn’t lock) , carpet tacks sticking up, threadbare carpet in areas, homeless van parked in lot most of our stay, broken tiles/curtain rods/faucet adapter. The owners would really benefit from a makeover in this place. Or at the very least- be upfront with the renters that they’ll be staying in an unsafe rental. Really disappointed. Luckily, we could hike and explore the area most of the day- still had to stay there at night though….

Great views, close to beach
The condo had beautiful views of the ocean from the large windows in the living room. Kitchen was well equipped, as was the condo generally in terms of bedding, towels, toiletries, etc. Place was clean, comfortable (although the couch could use some improvement, and it would have been nice to have somewhere we could all sit to enjoy meals rather than splitting us between a small table and the counter). Just a few minutes to town. Right over the berm to the beach -- a two-minute walk, no joke! The shared hot tub was hot but heavily chlorinated -- we were breathing fumes (there are actually two hot tubs, but one was cordoned off during our stay). Glad we weren't on the 3rd floor as the elevator for our section didn't work. Also, for some reason our unit did not have access to the balcony -- major bummer. We had a door but no handle. Owners were willing to fix but it didn't happen in time for us to enjoy the balcony; they did offer a discount on account of this, which was much appreciated. Overall, it was a great place for our little crew (2 adults, 2 kids) to enjoy the coast -- functional kitchen, comfortable beds, great views, right on the beach.

We stayed in a very nice property at Rockaway Beach this weekend. We had two distinct negative events related to the property. First night the fire alarm went off in the middle of the night for an hour. Our final night the neighbors in the unit above, unit 206 were partying all day and late into the night. At 11:30pm a person from unit 206 was returning from the houtub and was so drunk he tried to get into our unit, the door was locked but it was alarming. The next morning we found a pool of vomit at the base of our stairs. We did not rent a college dorm.
