The staff was very nice and helpful rooms were okay and decently kept. The hallway reeked of marijuana and our neighbors were noisy on the holiday weekend but it was expected for the most part. Our mini fridge had a broken seal so it leaked water all over and make a funny noise at times, and our shower had some left over hair in it but the staff was very prompt to answer any issues we had!

Immediately upon arrival, I went into the bathroom. I noticed many bugs crawling on the floor, some were even dead. The beds were hard as rocks, the pillows were tiny. No coffee pot in the room. The floor appeared to be dirty. The staff acted confused most of the time. I am very disappointed. I will not be staying there again, especially with it being a Wyndham property. My money pays for better than that. Do better..

May be the best choice in Freeport...despite
This hotel is a bit down at the heels. However, with a little refresh (like cleaning or replacing the carpets), it could be very good again. Welcomes pets and there's plenty of room around the hotel to take them for a spin.

Check in was easy. I got a rollaway bed for $10 a night. Room was clean with good water pressure. Pool was fun.

The carpets were stained everywhere. The bedding skirt was stained. The toilet wasn’t fully cleaned in the bathroom, and there was multiple spots in the bathroom that hadn’t been cleaned. I would have cancelled and stayed elsewhere but everywhere was booked. It was so disgusting, that I thought I had to check for bed bugs. Luckily there were none. Would not recommend.
