Cozy Lakefront Cabin on Raccoon Lake, near Turkey Run State Park

The Tinkers Cabin nestles in the heart of Parke County, famous for its covered bridges and the Turkey Run State Park. It sits right on a cove of the Raccoon Lake, with a lakefront view and access to the water at the property. This is an all-season cabin because of the changing scenery throughout the year. We enjoy swimming and boating in the summer, and exploring the lake floor in the winter when the lake is drained for water capacity. The cabin is cozy and tastefully decorated for you to unwind!

Cozy/colorful/clean/quiet
Our first girls trip with our dogs during fall season. The trees around property are so colorful with the lake view. Big back yard and stair down to lake. Perfect spot for cocktails or coffee at the dock. Nice fire-pit area with woods provided, we had silly time here. Only half an hour from Turkey Run SP and Shades SP. Host responded very quickly and flexible with our stay. We have 3 dogs and they let us stay but we are really responsible dog 's moms! We don 't leave trash behind and we don 't trash anybody home. Will go back again in the future :)) Thank you!
