"r stay was amazing, I took my 15-year-old daughter for our very first girls trip to Banff and this hotel was above and beyond all our expectations! The service was amazing, The room was clean and well layed out. Its within close walking distance to the main street whixh was very handy. The hot tub was so fun, The facilities were clean and the feeling of sitting in an underground yet open air cave was a very cool experience, We absolutely would stay there again"

"This place was a more affordable (but still not exactly a bargain!) place to stay right in Banff! You checkin at a fancier hotel down the street and they give you your keys and then you drive over to The Dorthy Motel. It had 2 nice sized beds, a microwave, a small fridge (no freezer area), coffee pot/coffee and a tea kettle. The bathroom had lots of counter space and the shower was great! Only one small window in the room which was good for us so that it was nice and dark for sleeping. My only...

"As our stay progressed, we were reminded many times of the importance of location to enjoying our vacation. (Everything we did was a relatively short walk to a bus stop or a short drive away). Jolene was very helpful and responsive, we appreciated this nice place!"

"A family oriented hotel. We are a family of five and appreciate the space to have a kitchen and living area. This hotel is affordable. A bit outdated, but if that makes it affordable I don't mind. Unfortunately the regular pool is closed since COVID and never reopened (the pool is not really advertised so that is fair), and during this stay the maintenance of the waterpark got extended which resulted in being closed as well. "My husband and I selected the Cowboy Inn and Suites as our honeymoon destination, and drove from WV to WY for our dream vacation. From the minute we got there, the staff was kind and ready to celebrate our new milestone. They gave recommendations, found deals and coupons, and overall just made the stay so enjoyable. "Enjoyed hiking in the beautiful mountains and dining options in Banff were fabulous. There are lots of variety and good gluten-free options. The spa was very relaxing. The hot tub was not an option as the amount of chemical in it made my ears burn as soon as we opened the door so.we did not use it at all"

"When we walked in the hotel it was all decorated beautifully for Christmas. The Staff was amazingly happy and kind and so eager to help. They were so helpful with anything we needed and happy to help with any suggestions. The rooms are wonderfully decorated. I was only disappointed we didn’t have time to stay in our room and hotel more often. We even got a sprinkling of snow when we left. We were there for a funeral for an Uncle and it couldn’t have been a better choice for to stay at a difficult time. Thanks so much to all who were there and made our stay so wonderful!"
