"Greeted by super friendly and amazing staff, given a complimentary bottle of nice wine, and a package of fire starter for the room’s real fire place. Staff was super helpful, showing me where there was chopped wood near my room & instructions for their wood fireplaces. "Great place for families! They and an indoor pool with an indoor water slide and it was heated! The staff was all so nice, and it had free transportation into downtown with pick up 10! Amazing! We will be back :) "

"The room was very nicely furnished and the kitchen was well equipped for our needs. The shower was great and there was a deep soaker tub. Loved the fireplace! Only complaint was that there was only one hot tub operational and it was difficult to access as it was always very full in the evening. Would stay again and would recommend. "

"Hotel was beautiful. Sectioned like condos, but you can buy in. Property and amenities were all clean and well taken care of. Wish main hotel had a bar or gathering place for adults, but did have some prescheduled activities. Convenient to use the shuttle service and easy to use free bus service for area. Check-in and out very easy and well detailed. Wish we could have stayed longer. "
