"Charming guesthouse. Clean and comfortable. Lovely breakfast with cappuccino, pastries, fresh fruit and yogurt. Owner arranged courteous taxi service to and from airport. Fun neighborhood to walk around, very close to the beach as well as lively restaurants with music. Our room faced the street which was quiet except for music playing right outside - it ended by midnight on Saturday night so all fine for us. Highly recommend!"

"I stayed here two years ago and liked it, so booked it again. The location is great because it is a quick ride to the airport (an early morning taxi took 8 minutes.) Fiumicino is a cute town on the water and for me it is a much nicer way to end a trip than staying at a generic airport hotel. Compared to two years ago, the hotel seemed a little shabby; the carpet on the stairs/hallway was worn, as was the floor in the room.
