"The chalet was very nice and clean. It was me, my wife and our two kids ages 6 and 7. The pull out couch was easy to use and the pillows and blankets were provided. The bed for us was in a loft area which was a little difficult to get in and out of bed. We enjoyed our one night stay here and would not have any issues staying here again. "

Communication with the host was great although confusing at times as we also received communication from a German property manager in German ahead of our stay. "Really great service! People at the desk were very nice, accommodating and helpful. They gave us recommendations for restaurants as well as sights within walking distance. Helped us out with some sundries as well. Recently remodeled, quiet and modern with a fun little shop and good security measures in place after 8. Great bakery right next door as well with delicious coffee."

"Everything about the hotel was amazing, the staff, the room, the food, all great. The hotel grouods are very clean and its a very interesting concept (Erlebnishof is an adventure farm hotel typical of Germany). Family friendly atmosphere with lots of activities for families and a great place for solo travellers."
