The hotel is clean and comfortable and the staff, all of them were just lovely and helpful. One member at the front desk, Enrico was sooo incredibly helpful with restaurant suggestions and directions. He couldn't have been more helpful. Don't hesitate to stay at this hotel. It was top notch.

The hotel was in a great location for walking. We were there for only 2 nights, not really spending time in the room. The room we had was right over the very popular Mr. 100 Tiramisu so if the windows were open, it was a bit loud although that didn't bother us and it's a must to get the Tiramisu from there! The ceiling in the room was very low although nothing that would stop us from going back. Our room was located in the building adjacent from the lobby, the staircase was very narrow and short, so you had to watch your stop. The breakfast they provided was average. We highly recommend this hotel when in Rome!

The property is perfectly located in the heart of the city, making it convenient and close to everything. The staff, especially Mike, was truly exceptional—always available and eager to help at any time of day or evening. They went above and beyond to accommodate our every need, and we couldn’t have asked for more. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great experience.

We stayed here for 2 nights following a cruise. The hotel was very nice and within walkable distance to a lot places. My only complaint would be that the shower we had in our room was extremely small, smaller than the one we had on our cruise ship and was very slippery. Otherwise a great choice for a hotel.

Location, location, location. This wonderful property is situated right in the heart of all of the action in Rome but has the added benefit of being far enough removed from the heavily trafficked areas to be quiet and relaxing. The staff on site was extremely kind and helpful to us and was always accommodating to any needs we had. The service was fantastic and I would recommend staying here to any friends, family or acquaintances looking to stay in the heart of Rome.

This was exactly what we needed... Central location on quiet side street near piazza Navona. The rooms were nice and seemed recently renovated. Air conditioning was good and strong. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. A breakfast was offered but we did not try it. There are no real common areas to speak of, and I do not believe there was a gym. It's a great choice for a nice room with friendly staff in a good, central location. I would stay here again

The location was in the heart of Piazza Navona area, which is a great place to stay and experience Rome. There were so many great food places, ranging from open market (Camp do Fiori) to cafes and restaurants. There is also a very convenient bus stop 1-2 minutes in walking distance. We used the bus stop to get to Colosseum and Roma Termini easily. And the air conditioning! Even though it was 95 degrees (some days 100) outside, we could come back to our hotel and feel the cold air from the AC. We could not have asked for a better hotel. We plan to stay here for our next Rome trip.
