This was the most amazing little secret stop to stay! The host was in contact with me before check in and leaving my bags early before check in so I could walk around was an option. When I did check in I was greeted with such warmth it made me feel truly welcomed. The room is cozy and simple, the bed was extremely comfortable, and the windows allowed me to open up to the city sounds and sunrise perfectly. The food and shopping nearby was great, especially the breakfast place they partner with! It was amazing to step outside the doors and just see the coliseum - it’s perfectly located and one of the best places Ive stayed.

We had such a wonderful stay! Patricia and Alessandro made our stay so carefree, by arranging transportation from the airport and to the port. They were very kind, attending and easy to communicate with. The location is ideal, with restaurants, stores and major attractions just a few minutes away.

The place is nice, clean, safe, and the amenities are complete and even exceeded my expectations. Patrizia is very helpful and very hospitable. The check-in was not problem at all even we arrived late at night because our flight got delayed. They even provide coffee, snacks and hot and cold water! Our bed is bigger than a king size bed! My taxi and Uber app won’t work and Patrizia help us get a taxi! I surely recommend this place!

Overall we were very pleased with our whole experience at the Residenza Imperial Roma. The owners were very helpful and informative. Our room(Adriana) was roomy and clean. The hotel is in a great location and very walkable to many of Romes beautiful ancient ruins and attractions. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Rome!

We had the best stay at this hotel. It's beautifully decorated. Has all the amenities that you could want. They provided snacks and water in the room, which was great after traveling for hours with a toddler. The staff was incredibly accomodating and friendly. The room was immaculately clean. The bed was very comfortable, the pillows were comfortable and they provided extra blankets in the room. We really couldnt have asked for a better stay and this will be the only hotel that we use whenever we are in Rome from now on!

I would return here anytime! It was like being welcome guests at their home. These owners couldnt be nicer. I had phone issues and couldnt get or send messages to the owners. They had sent me instructions but I never got them. I paniced when noone answered. .But the man from the restaurant next door called him and he came right over. The place was nice, very comfotablr and they give you little snacks and extras, he even careied my heavy bag in for me. and they let me leave it there securely while I went out the next day. I cant sat enough good things about them or this stay. it was my first time at a non hotel experience and they made it wonderful! I highly Recommend.

The hotel was great but not what you generally think of as a hotel. We were in one bedroom with a bath of what appeared to be a renovated apartment, one of four such rooms. It was very clean and comfortable in a nice area of town with lots of reasonably priced restaurants right outside our door. Getting into the “hotel” was a little challenging at first but, once in, all was fine. Alessandro was welcoming and very friendly. Only hiccup came at the end of our stay when his wife phoned, demanding that we vacate at 10:00am because they had new guests who had arrived. Note that check-in was 2pm and checkout 11am as clearly stated on our agreement. I explained that we planned to leave by 11am but she was adamant we leave earlier. We stayed until 10:50am as we weren’t prepared to leave earlier. It was a lovely place but the wife’s attitude did not set well with us.
