"Wonderful location. When we interacted with staff they were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and freshened every day. The negatives were that the bed was very low to the ground, which could be an issue for some people. The internet didn't work on the last 2 days, which was frustrating when your phone provider has you on throttled data when you're traveling out of the country (yes, I could upgrade, but don't use my phone enough to justify that). "The Hotel and staff are great. Breakfast is fantastic and plenty on offer. The area that the Hotel is in is a little run down, but we felt safe to walk around in the day and in the night. The Metro is right outside the Hotel door which is convenient for getting around Rome. Only gripe about the Hotel is no real restaurant although they do offer a small bar meal menu.
