"Five-day, four-night NY trip to visit museums. The room, though unexpectedly very small, was clean and up-to-date. Excellent bathroom and shower, Elderly guests would benefit from a higher sitting toilet. Queen bed was comfortable with good pillows, mini-fridge did not work. Maid service was good and unobtrusive. The free breakfast was very good; no need to buy breakfast out. Late afternoon free wine and snack offerings very good, also.The room was very quiet from outside noise, but was offset...

"I was a little hesitant with having a shared bathroom but it was totally fine. Actually more private than one in the room with multiple people. There were several bathrooms per floor. Location was great! Walking distance to everything "
