"Rocky was awesome and gave us great recommendations. Check in lady was nice and had no issues. Only issue we had was the bar. My husband waiting a good 30 min with no acknowledgment and it wasn’t busy. This happened 2 nights in a row. Someone from the food area noticed he hadn’t been helped and helped him get his drink. Super disappointing and not sure what that was about since other people were getting served with no issues. Other than that everything else was great. "

"This is a great place, very clean, spacious, great breakfast buffet, convenient and within walking distance of theater and dining district, but the best part of stay is the staff, everyone is friendly, professional, great at their jobs, really concerned about providing the best customer service. I can’t say enough good things and will stay again."

"Hotel was very close to the lake, clean, near the Riverwalk.. comfortable beds (with clean sheets and soft pillows) and very clean bathrooms with fast services. We ordered few things from room and they came within 5 min and the delivery was very professional as well. We took the Valet because we were told our Highlander (without roof rack) won't fit in the garage (I will take that with a pinch of salt as the valet put my car in the garage). Overall it was a comfortable stay and we would love to stay here again. My kid loves the lake view and the Ferrous wheel from the room. We were on the 6th floor. "
