"Fantastic staff who go above and beyond. Leisure facilities were wonderful and great to have a pool that the water temperature is so comfortable. Room was clean and beds so.comfortable, was amazed at how much space we had. Breakfast was absolutely fantastic with everything you could possibly want. My husband ordered poached eggs and they arrived perfectly cooked. Lovely colouring set and VIK token for the children where they could chose a small present was such a nice touch. "Lovely hotel, it's quirky and well presented with a welcoming reception/bar area The staff are helpful and courteous I stayed in the "presidential suite" and at around £100 it was well worth the money Other, well appointed rooms are available for airing £60 but after my last stay some of these have no window so wanted to avoid those as I'm a little claustrophobic My only criticisms would be that there was a fold out camp bed in the room which detracted from the overall appearance. "Tried to review taking into account the price. It was a good location to break the journey. I arrived very late, reception lady helped me take bags to room as no lift. Very big room. Run down but clean and warm. Big bathroom with bath clean Thing i didnt like on leaving the cleaners looked like a family man wife and kid opened my door no english, didnt like the way they were not knocking wouldn't have felt safe. I asked the way out, asked if they spoke english and the kid young boy insulted...
