"Hotel is lovely, but the room (mainly bathroom) was old and tired. I landed up in the disabled room which all the rail, shower seat etc were all rusty and could have done with replacing. Otherwise lovely hotel, pub and restaurant. Will stay there again "

She was professional, considerate and understanding the evening before the parade and incredibly accommodating the following morning. A real asset to the Mercure brand"

"We didn't know much about the Campanile before we arrived, but they accepted dogs and we were visiting Northampton with our cockapoo. the reception staff were exceptionally helpful and very friendly. The room was quiet, and clean ,the bed comfortable and the shower - probably the best I have ever used in any hotel. We shall stay here again when visiting family, it was great value for money."
