Wonderful Apartment
The apartment is beautifully furnished and immaculately clean. The location near the local train station, grocery store and restaurants is perfect. Our hosts personally provided information on transportation, sightseeing and restaurants nearby and in the Wurzburg area. We look forward to visiting again, enjoying the local cuisine and especially the great wines.

Spacious and Comfortable Accomodation
Our family of four (2 adult children) spent four days at this location. The unit has very high end finishes and is very comfortable. Parking was close by and easy as well. The hosts were very gracious and made the stay that much nicer. We made day trips to Wurzburg, Bamberg, and Wertheim. Groceries are a short walk and there are also restaurants nearby. A wonderful stay.

Das Ferienhaus wurde von uns (Ehepaar) als äußerst angenehm empfunden. Was benötigt wurde, ist da. Ein schönes und geräumiges Doppelbett mit einer hervorragenden Matratze. Geräumiges Badezimmer mit großzügigem Duschbereich. Wenn Sie kochen möchten, stehen Ihnen diese Einrichtungen ebenfalls zur Verfügung. Wir haben wunderschöne Tage im Ferienhaus verbracht und konnten von dort aus die Gegend erkunden. Roy und Jansje Harmsen, Niederlande.

Schöne, großzügige Wohnung
Moderne Wohnung mit Allem vorhanden was für den Aufenthalt benötigt wird. Waren im Sommer dort, bei geöffneten Fenstern naheliegender Zug deutlich zu hören. Würzburg sehr schnell mit dem Zug erreichbar.

Mooi appartement.
Alles was heel schoon, en heel ruim. Voor mijn schoonzus en mij royale ruimten om te verblijven. Op de foto’s leek het balkon groter, niettemin was het heerlijk om buiten te ontbijten en te eten! In Rottendorf zijn genoeg winkels en restaurants. De trein was dichtbij en binnen 7min ben je voor weinig geld in Würstburg. Al met al de moeite waard.

Luxuriös und gute Basis für Würzburg
Absolut neues Maisonette Apartment das fast keine Wünsche offen lässt. Die Vermieter sind freundlich und hilfsbereit und halten viele Tipps für die Umgebunt bereit. Das Haus liegt ruhig und dennoch kann man in 8 Minuten zu Fuss einen modernen (!) Edeka mit angeschlossener Bäckerei erreichen.

Die Wohnung war perfekt für uns. Alles war sauber,gepflegt. Konnten nach 5 min laufen für 3,90 Euro mit der Bahn nach Würzburg fahren und hätten es am nächsten Tag nochmals verwenden können. Also keine. Parkplatzsuche. Der Vermieter gab uns noch tolle Tipps für Ausflüge. Rundum wohlgefühlt und wirklich zum empfehlen.

Lichtdurchflutetes Maisonette mit Balkon
Der Aufenthalt in der Ferienwohnung war wunderbar. Die Schlüsselübergabe fand durch den Vermieter persönlich statt. In der Wohnung fehlte es an nichts, sie ist groß und geräumig. Wir waren geschäftlich unterwegs und kommen gern wieder. Die Wohnung ist auf alle Fälle empfehlenswert.

Entspannter Kurzurlaub
Wir haben kurzfristig gebucht, um dem Karnevalstrubel zu entfliehen. Sehr netter Empfang durch den Vermieter. Die Wohnung ist hell, sehr sauber und top ausgestattet. Würzburg ist sowohl per Fahrrad als auch mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln problemlos zu erreichen. Wir können die Ferienwohnung vorbehaltlos weiter empfehlen.

Ein schöner Kurzurlaub
Wir hatten ein paar schöne Tage in einer gemütlichen, großzügigen und sauberen Wohnung. Die Vermieter waren sehr nett und haben uns einige Tipps gegeben. Rottendorf selber war um diese Zeit etwas ruhiger als erwartet, aber für Abwechslung und andere Unternehmungen ist man schnell mit der Bahn in Würzburg. Ein Aufenthalt ist durchaus empfehlenswert.

Viel Platz in schön eingerichtetem Appartement
Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt, alles ist sauber und modern eingerichtet mit viel Platz. Mit dem Auto gut erreichbar, parken auf der Straße ist kein Problem, aber auch der Bahnhof ist zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten erreicht. So sind wir in 6-7 Minuten Zugfahrt nach Würzburg hineingekommen.

Auch perfekt für einen beruflichen Aufenthalt
Sehr schöne und gut ausgestattete Wohnung, die auch für einen beruflichen Aufenthalt in Würzburg sehr gut geeignet ist. Man ist mit dem Auto in knapp 15 bis 20 Minuten in der Würzburger Innenstadt und auch mit der Bahn ist dank Bahnhof in 10 fußläufigen Minuten eine sehr gute Anbindung gegeben (1 Station bis Würzburg). Trotzdem ist die Wohnung angenehm leise und auch bei warmem Wetter gut gedämmt. Parken kann man problemlos vor der Tür an der Straße, bei meinem Aufenthalt war immer etwas frei, Die Eigentümer sind sehr freundlich und Sonderwünsche wurden sehr schnell erfüllt.

Eine schöne Woche in einer schönen Ferienwohnung
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in Ihrer Ferienwohnung liebe Familie Bauer. Die Betten und das Sofa sind sehr bequem. Im Badezimmer sind die großzügige tolle Dusche und der Doppelwaschtisch erwähnenswert. Auch den Balkon haben wir gerne genutzt. Die Wohnung ist ein toller Ausgangspunkt für Radtouren mit dem E-Bike im Maindreieck. Vielen Dank dass wir unsere Fahrräder sicher in der Garage abstellen konnten und für Ihre Ausflugtipps. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Schöne Dachgeschosswohnung
Insgesamt eine sehr helle und saubere Wohnung, in der man gut einige Tage verbringen kann. Besonders gefallen hat uns die Dachterasse und die schöne Umgebung. Die Treppe zum Obergeschoss wirkt allerdings besonders nachts eher gefährlich, wenn man mal auf die Toilette muss, auch für jüngere Leute. Hygieneartikel wie Spülmittel, Seife und Toilettenpapier sind recht mager. Auch kann es etwas schwierig sein einen geeigneten Parkplatz in der unmittelbaren Nähe zu finden, ohne die Ausfahrten anderer Anwohner zu blockieren. Dafür war die Wohnung mit sehr schönen Möbeln ausgestattet, besonders das Bad ist ein echter Hingucker.
