"If you're looking for luxurious accommodations, I'd pass. It's a little rustic. Almost spartan. But it was clean, quiet, comfortable, very friendly staff, and great breakfast buffet! Highly recommend if you're looking for a good deal and a good meal. "

"Excellent location in the city center of Rovaniemi. The hotel itself is rather functionally furnished, but offers all the amenities which a traveller might need. The breakfast is excellent and prepares you well for a day of exploration in Lapland. The friendly staff is an enormous asset - they helped us a few times with taxi bookings and even helped us to find an intercity bus schedule. "Very conveniently located guesthouse (3 minute walk to train station/bus terminus for Santa Claus Village, 3 minutes to a supermarket, 10 minutes to the edge of downtown). The rooms were small but warm and clean. A kitchen is available for use, and so is laundry (7 Euros). The breakfast was included but not remarkable. The front desk staff gave very good directions. Wifi worked well too."
